The Oslo Marathon 10 km is part of the BMW Oslo Marathon and has a minimum age requirement of 13 years for participation. There will be several waves with start times from 4:20 PM and onwards, and the maximum time to complete the race is 1 hour and 45 minutes. Participants will pass water stations located approximately every 5 kilometers, and there will be pacers available to help runners achieve their goals.
